Before booking your appointment please read our terms and conditions to ensure a great experience for you. When booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, salon policies, and cancellation policies. It is up to the client to read and understand the terms of the sale or purchase of goods and services.

ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Online Deposit- Non-Refundable 

Please choose your services carefully before proceeding. This deposit is for your services selected and is non-refundable, however, this will remain a credit on your file if you can't attend your appointment and need to reschedule. If you are choosing highlights as a single service, a toner may be needed at an additional cost.

·         We have a tired price structure that relates to the level of experience of each team member.

·         Please be aware that prices on our website are a guide only and we quote all clients before proceeding with your services.

·         When booking single services for colour this does not include toner unless in a package, this will all be in the description of the services

·         Confirmation text will be sent out 24 hours -48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

·         To cancel a booking please call the salon a minimum of 24 hours before your booking

·         No cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeit of your deposit if cancelled less than 24 hours prior and 48 hours on a Saturday

Your online booking Account

You will need to register an account with us to use our online booking service.  You will need a valid email address/username and password for your account.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer.  You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password.  You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

 We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon’s best interests to do so.

Use of Online Booking Service

You may only use the Online Booking Service if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors).  You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information.  You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information.  You may only use the Online Booking Service to make legitimate appointments.

We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Online Booking Service available on a 24 hour/7-day-a-week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages.  Your access to our Online Booking Service may not be uninterrupted or available at all times.  We cannot promise that our Online Booking Service will be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.  You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of this site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.

No-Show Policy

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honour at least 24 hours in advance of their reservation.  You must telephone the salon directly to cancel.

We like to keep all our guests satisfied with their appointments. Please choose carefully, if you are unable to attend this booking it will remain as a credit on your file. To ensure this, we will send a confirmation 24 hours prior and 48 hours for Saturday bookings. We do understand unforeseen circumstances can arise however if you are unable to make your booking, please call us on (08) 6384 1252 to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee. This fee applies to less than 24 hours’ notice, on the day of the appointment cancellation and no-shows.
